1.Q: How much is shipping?

   A: Shipping is FREE on all order over $200. For orders less than $200,  we will charge $30 shipping(Hong Kong shipping collect by SF).

2.Q: Where are you from?    

   A: We are located in China.

3.Q: What if I need to change my shipping address?

   A: Sadly we cannot alter any mailing address to any order once placed. If it is imperative your mailing address be changed please Contact Us right away.

4.Q: How long do you ship after payment？

   A: Non customized goods will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment.

5.Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

   A: Only accept Paypal for now.

6.Q: What is your return policy?

   A: No returns. Due to the energy revolving around crystals I can not accept returns. Each piece is listed with a description so be sure to read about the crystal beauty before purchasing.
